How to Play Spot The Ball
The idea is simple but there is considerable skill in judging where you think the ball is. All of our photographs have had the ball expertly removed so there is no independent adjudication required as to where the ball may have been in play. Our website keeps track of all the entries and league tables the winning entries with every entry. The winner is the person at the top when all tickets have been sold.
At the end of the competition we will publish the original football image so that you can see where the ball was.
How to play ....
1. Look at the image in general to get a feel for the events that have led up to the capture of the photograph in question, who is running where, in what direction.
2. Next, look at the player's head direction and where their eyes are looking in the photograph.
3. Then ... project imaginary lines from the players eye's in the photograph.

4. The point at which these projections cross is generally is where the ball has been removed from the photograph. This is where you place your cursor to enter your ticket details.
5. You can change your ticket entries at any time by using the change tickets option.
Best of luck.
