1. Any of our competitions are open to all residents of the following countries/territories UK, EU, USA and Canada, except the employees of Ultimate Dreams (known as the promoter Forthwith ) or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have fully read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material published by Ultimate Dreams. All competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Entries online from countries outside the UK are still governed by English law and the promoter will not be held responsible or made liable for unlawful entries.
3. To enter a competition on our website, follow the instructions to play spot the ball to enter the competition. You must use your skill and judgment to identify where you think the ball was on the photograph which has been permanently removed by placing your mouse cursor at the position you think the ball's centre is located.
This generates a set of 3 digit X and Y coordinates per entry and constitutes one ticket entry. You may enter as many tickets up to a limit of 20 per purchasing cycle.When you have made your selection and you are ready to purchase your tickets add these to your basket and follow the instructions to purchase these tickets via PayPal.When you payment has been made you will receive an email confirmation that is your receipt of entry into the competition which may be required as proof of entry in any dispute.
4. The competition will finish when all of the tickets have been sold, the date that the competition will finish may or may not be disclosed by the promoter. The centre of the ball position will be determined by the Promoter before the competition is launched on www.ultimatedreams.co.uk (referred to as 'the website' forthwith) and entered into the website database relevant to the competition. The website continually monitors entries to competitions and automatically calculates the winner with every entry. The final winner is the person whose ticket has coordinates at the top of this automated list and requires no further judgment as the computer is completely impartial. No correspondence as to the position of the winning co-ordinates will be entered into. In the event of a tie break the winners will be asked to enter a winners only spot the ball competition using voucher codes issued by the promoter. This process will continue until there is only one winner.
5. All purchasers of tickets are automatically entered into the promoter's database for the purpose communicating and assessing the status of your competition, entry. This information is not sold or divulged to any third party but may be used in the future to notify you of any promotions or company news.
6. The promoter's website (www.ultimatedreams.co.uk) uses cookies to store data so that a user does not have to enter their details twice whilst making multiple entries and does not use these cookies in any other tracking capacity.
7. The winner and runners up (where applicable) will be notified firstly by email and or phone and then in writing at the address given in the contact details within 14 days of the closing date of the relevant competition. Any entrant may check the results of competitions recently completed by going to the winners page at www.ultimatedreams.co.uk/winners.asp
8. The winner will be required to send a copy of their passport to the Promoter to confirm their identity, age and also to prove that if the purchase was made by credit card that the card was legally theirs or they had authorisation to use it, before any prize will be paid or delivered. The winner will also be required to provide photographs for use in future marketing by the Promoter. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. At this point the winner must choose between the prizes available where there are multiple prizes to chose from. Written notification of the winner's prize selection will be required by email or letter.
The prize is a choice of a Sony Playstation 3 80Gb, MIcrosoft XBOX 360 Premium 60Gb (+£110) or a Nintendo Wii with extra Wii Nunchuck (+£75).
The prize consists of a luxury holiday for 2 for 2 weeks to a value of £5,000 including flights, transfers, fully inclusive accommodation, and insurance - does
not include spending money or car hire; the winner of this prize may take the cash alternative.
The prize is Mini Cooper S Works to the value of £23,000. Colour and Specification cannot be requested.

9. All prizes for each of the competitions will be as shown at http://www.ultimatedreams.co.uk. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize during the course of the competition at any point without prior notice to one of an equal or greater value.
Car competitions specifically - may have delivery mileage only if not delivered on a transporter, some will be registered and some are unregistered dependent on availability and registration rules and regulations of the country in which the car is to be registered. All car's won in the UK will be delivered by transported or delivered with delivery mileage with 12 months road tax and fully insured for the year.
10. The specification of any of the prizes listed is subject to amendment or modification. The Promoter may purchase the prize before, during or immediately after the relevant competition has ended. The Promoter will have the sole discretion as to the specification and colour of any prize. Delivery of the prize to the winner may take up to 28 days for all non car competitions and six months for competitions where the prize involves a car depending on the time it takes for the prize to be delivered to the Promoter after ordering. The promoter will do their best to ensure that the winner receives their prize as quickly as possible.
11. The Promoter will store the a car prize free of charge for up to 7 days in the UK after notifying the winner, at the end of which time the car will be delivered to the winner. For all other territories/countries the promoter will co-ordinate with the winner as to the best delivery date for any car prize.
12. By accepting the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason should the forecasted date at which the competition will end goes beyond a tolerable time period (maximum of 6 months). In these circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to transfer the customer’s ticket into another competition for which the ticket price is at least the same or more than the original price paid. The Promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to refund all competition entries.
14. No representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes will be made by the promoter. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize-winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by the Promoter.
15. No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
16. Our Refund policy: You have the right to cancel within 7 days of purchase: Should you wish to cancel your entry, you can do so up to 7 days after purchasing the ticket. You can do this by contacting by emailing sales@ultimatedreams.co.uk with your order details. You have the right to a refund if a competition you have entered takes more than 6 months to be completed: Should one of our competitions run for more than 6 months you are entitled to a full refund upon notifying us of your desire to receive one. Please contact us in writing to request a refund either by email or post. Refunds will be credited within 7 days and applied directly to the card you used to purchase your tickets. However a refund may take longer to reach your account as the Promoter has no control over the funds once they leave our account.
17. Data Protection and Privacy Policy Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by the Promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Promoter) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iv) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
